Role Summary

The

Operations Head (Front-End)

will oversee seamless operations across Uniliv properties, ensuring top-notch resident experiences and vibrant communities. This role focuses on hospitality, facilities management, compliance, and team leadership, driving innovation and operational excellence to position Uniliv as a co-living leader for Gen Z and millennials.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor property managers, ensuring consistent operations and service excellence.Oversee hospitality, housekeeping, and maintenance to maintain high standards.Optimize resident experiences, leveraging CRM tools and fostering engagement through events.Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient vendor management.Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective operational improvements.Monitor budgets, track expenses, and conduct regular audits.

Skills and Qualifications

5–8 years in operations, hospitality, or facilities management.Proficiency in CRM platformsStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
