Role Summary


The Operations Head (Front-End) will oversee seamless operations across Uniliv properties, ensuring top-notch resident experiences and vibrant communities. This role focuses on hospitality, facilities management, compliance, and team leadership, driving innovation and operational excellence to position Uniliv as a co-living leader for Gen Z and millennials.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor property managers, ensuring consistent operations and service excellence.
  • Oversee hospitality, housekeeping, and maintenance to maintain high standards.
  • Optimize resident experiences, leveraging CRM tools and fostering engagement through events.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient vendor management.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective operational improvements.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and conduct regular audits.

  • Operational Excellence: 100% SOP adherence and minimal downtime.
  • Resident Satisfaction: High NPS and reduced complaints.
  • Compliance: Full regulatory adherence.
  • Financial Oversight: On-time rent collection and cost savings.
  • Team Development: High retention and training completion rates.


Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–8 years in operations, hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
