Uniliv is a tech-enabled premium co-living provider specializing in purpose-built student housing. With a mission to redefine the co-living experience, we manage 1000+ beds across Delhi-NCR.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across our properties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows, high resident satisfaction, and efficient resource utilization while adhering to Uniliv’s commitment to premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations for existing and new properties, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise property managers, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Develop and monitor SOPs to maintain high operational and service standards.
  • Collaborate with the central kitchen and satellite kitchens to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of F&B services.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability, ensuring operations remain within financial targets.
  • Implement preventive maintenance plans and manage vendor relationships.
  • Handle resident escalations, feedback, and grievances to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Track and report key operational metrics, such as occupancy rates and expense ratios.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of operations management, including facility management, logistics, and team supervision.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software for task management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
