Job Summary

Astots Media is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a digital marketing agency. This role is target driven, requiring strong sales skills, relationship management, and an understanding of digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and recommending the right digital marketing solutions.
  • Present and pitch agency services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand client base.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sales support.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency (highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and how they benefit businesses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
