Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kottayam. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. The role also involves managing sales data, preparing reports, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the company at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Business development, market research, and strategic planning skills
- Experience in relationship management and client servicing
- Sales and marketing knowledge
- Data management, report preparation, and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
