📝 About the RoleWe’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to spearhead new-market expansion for HOMA Smart Atta Chakki across Rajasthan and adjoining states.
This role is focused on dealer-network growth, market development, and revenue acceleration for one of India’s most exciting smart-kitchen appliance brands.
💼 Key Responsibilities- Identify, onboard & manage new dealers, retailers, and channel partners across Rajasthan.
- Open new markets through field visits, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Present the HOMA product range, IoT features, and trade schemes to partners.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and ensure strong market coverage.
- Monitor competitors and share market-intelligence & strategy inputs.
- Work closely with marketing for on-ground activations & brand visibility.
- Provide accurate reporting, MIS, and collection updates to HO.
- Graduate degree required; MBA / PGDM preferred.
- 3–5 years’ solid B2B / channel-sales experience – ideally in electrical, kitchen or home-appliance trade.
- Pan-Rajasthan field-sales exposure is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and channel-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Work with India’s 1st IoT Wi-Fi Smart Atta Chakki brand.
