Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development & Onboarding: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses across diverse sectors in India and globally, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience to AiInbox’s CRM platform.
• Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Leverage tools like online bidding and networking to identify and engage prospects in both domestic and international markets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners to drive repeat business, secure referrals, and boost software adoption.
• Strategic Sales Planning & Execution: Devise and implement strategies to meet revenue goals, expand the company’s footprint, and enhance business growth.
• Customized Solutions & Client Support: Address client challenges proactively by delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, client requirements, and competitive landscapes, with a particular focus on domestic and international markets
• Proposal Development & Negotiation: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and pitch decks, present tailored solutions, lead negotiations, and close high-value deals to ensure profitability.
• Representation & Networking: Represent AiInbox in client meetings, industry events, and other networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and foster new connections.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, project management, and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities for improvement to consistently achieve targets.
Skills & Requirements:
• MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, SaaS solutions, or AI-driven business tools is highly preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
• A passion for technology and its role in transforming business operations.
