Profitably grown bootstrapped for the last 6 years and now looking to scale growth by executing a growth playbook on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart & Nykaa, etc. Our goal is to innovate the personal care space and reach a revenue of INR 100 cr. ARR by 2026.


Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Executive for Sotrue, you will play a vital role in building lasting relationships with our customers. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer support, guiding users through their journey with our hair growth treatment product, and ensuring a seamless experience through personalized care, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement & Trust Building:

  • Build trust by making proactive calls to customers and retaining them for our hair growth treatment products.
  • Provide personalized guidance to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.


Upselling & Cross-Selling:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Sotrue’s range of products to existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets with effective communication strategies.


Customer Support on Call & Chat:

  • Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing quick resolutions.
  • Address queries and feedback promptly via chat and email to maintain a positive brand image.


Proficiency in Languages:

  • Communicate fluently in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse customer base.


Excel Skills:

  • Maintain accurate customer records, track interactions, and monitor conversions using Excel.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
  • Experience in sales conversion and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting data.
