Job Role:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers for solar solutions.
  • Explain company products and services in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain daily call logs and update CRM.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
  • Confident, polite, and result-oriented.
  • Prior experience in telecalling will be an advantage (not mandatory).
