Do maximum calling as possible per day.
- Good communication skills.
- Should have proper knowledge about the company, our products, schemes and offers.
- Should be able to give proper details and explanation to a willing customer.
- Identify traits of an interested customer and a non-interested customer on the call.
- Making database on Excel of all the calls in a day with contact details.
- Coordinate with marketing team to know new updates and schemes.
- Coordinate with sales team regarding willing customers.
- Prepare a daily report.
- Main focus will be on sales. Mandatory to get sales done. A sale would be every profile’s final result.
- Follow as per instructed and discussed by seniors.

Starting Salary will be 7,000/- Monthly. It can also increase according to your working experience. Office Timings will be **9:50AM - 7:00PM**. You will get 2 leaves per month.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Lucknow - 226022, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
