**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our IT sales team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals starting their career in sales. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, follow-up, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote IT products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or past interactions.
- Explain IT services and solutions to prospects in a clear and concise manner.
- Set appointments or product demos for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate customer information.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable].
- Basic understanding of IT products/services (training will be provided).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation (any stream).
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Passion for sales and technology.
