Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our IT sales team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals starting their career in sales. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, follow-up, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote IT products/services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or past interactions.
  • Explain IT services and solutions to prospects in a clear and concise manner.
  • Set appointments or product demos for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate customer information.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable].
  • Basic understanding of IT products/services (training will be provided).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation (any stream).
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Passion for sales and technology.
