Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Lucknow. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, providing information on real estate projects, and fostering positive client relationships. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining detailed call records, and effectively communicating project details to address client needs. The role requires a professional and customer-centric approach to assist clients in making informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
  • Skills in client relationship management and providing excellent customer service
  • Organizational skills for maintaining accurate call records and follow-up schedules
  • Knowledge of real estate trends, projects, and market insights is an advantage
  • Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a dynamic environment
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential
