We're Hiring: US Voice Process / Tele Caller Executive

GUDLUCK FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED

Location: Gudluck Foods Pvt. Ltd., C-69, 2nd Floor, Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow – 226010

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Salary: Up to ₹25k-30K (Based on interview & skillset)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (or within 2 days)

Role: International Sales Executive (US Process)

This is a full-time, on-site role suited for a motivated, confident, and target-driven professional responsible for handling international outbound sales and building strong relationships with US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to international (US) customers
  • Communicate with clients via calls and email
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive consistent revenue growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales performance

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in International Sales / US Calling Process
  • Strong customer service and account management skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working Night Shift (US Hours)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (preferred)
  • Knowledge of CRM or sales tools (added advantage)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
