Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and place US IT consultants on various projects with direct clients and vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients.
  • Work with internal teams to understand client requirements and source suitable candidates.
  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle including screening, negotiations, and placement.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and maintain professional communication at all times.
