Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Personal Loan Direct Sales, based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive the successful acquisition of personal loan customers by building and managing a team of sales executives. Key responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing mentorship to the sales team to amplify performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with a focus on direct sales and customer acquisition strategies
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, supervise, and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting customer relationships
  • Knowledge of personal loan products and financial services is an advantage
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within the financial services sector, is a plus
