Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Loan Sales Officer (Field) responsible for sourcing customers and driving sales for Home Loans, Personal Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and other retail lending products across Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new customers through field visits, cold calls, and market activations.
  • Promote and sell Home Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Business Loans, and other lending products.
  • Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
  • Generate leads, follow up aggressively, and convert prospects into applications.
  • Collect documents and coordinate with credit, operations, and backend teams for processing.
  • Build relationships with channel partners, builders, local businesses, and connectors.
  • Meet and exceed monthly loan sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales; experience in loan products preferred.
  • Strong convincing power and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of Lucknow local market.
  • Must be comfortable with extensive field work.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
