About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Sales & Support Executives to join our

growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive

attitude, and a willingness to learn..

Note:

This position requires working in rotational shifts as we deal with international clients.

  • Male candidates will work in rotational shifts.
  • Female candidates will have a fixed morning or normal shift (10:00 AM 6:30 PM) as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, or chat.
  • Assist clients in understanding company products and services.
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure with professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, CRM tools preferred).
