Job Title: Sampling Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Lucknow

Shift: Night Shift

• Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (In-hand)

• Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sampling Executive to support our market research operations during night shifts. Although the preferred skill set aligns with a Chat Support Executive, the official designation will be Sampling Executive.

The role involves managing research samples, assisting respondents through chat conversations, collecting data, and ensuring accuracy in all research-related activities. This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and customer research using surveys, sample collections, and online research tools.
  • Manage sampling activities, ensuring accurate data collection and timely completion of research tasks.
  • Provide chat-based customer/respondent support and guide them through the survey or sampling process.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze basic data to support research reports and insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sampling activities and submit daily reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes based on research findings and respondent feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards while handling confidential data.
  • Handle queries efficiently and professionally during the night shift.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies in data.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
  • Familiarity with research processes or chat support (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
