We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with a solid understanding of finance and stock markets. The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues related to financial products and services, and ensuring a seamless support experience. This role demands excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping clients understand financial platforms and processes.
You will work closely with clients to guide them through account operations, trading tools, and platform navigation, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and calls.
- Assist clients with financial product information and platform usage.
- Resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, and onboarding.
- Document interactions and follow up for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated with financial products, stock market trends, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or financial services.
