Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary contact for customer-related concerns. The role involves managing customer support teams, addressing escalations, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high service standards. The Customer Service Manager will also analyze customer feedback, develop strategies to enhance service quality, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback, identify trends, and improve processes
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and teams
  • Experience in team leadership, problem-solving, and implementing customer-focused strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in financial services or housing finance is an advantage
