Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, and delivering high-quality customer service. Additionally, the Customer Support Executive will handle technical support issues and work closely with the team to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
