We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated
Customer Support Executives
to join our growing team based in Panchwati Plaza, Ranchi. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to develop their careers in a professional and dynamic environment. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply, while candidates with 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to ensure service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the backend processes of the client's operations as part of a newly forming team.
  • Meet performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach towards learning and contributing to organizational growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude towards growth and learning, with a focus on contributing to the organization's success.

The client has established offices in
Noida, Gurugram, and Bengaluru
and is now setting up a
dedicated backend support team in Ranchi
to strengthen its customer service operations.
