Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing exceptional service, handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Handle product-related questions, order tracking, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to resolve delivery or product issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collect feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to building strong, long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Empathetic, patient, and positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a plus.
