We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who's passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and being the friendly voice of our brand.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing exceptional service, handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Handle product-related questions, order tracking, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to resolve delivery or product issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collect feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to building strong, long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Empathetic, patient, and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a plus.
