Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support & Coordination Executive to handle end-to-end customer service operations, remote team coordination, and service monitoring.
The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to task closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle service and dispatch-related inbound calls.
- Register complaints and track service requests in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with field engineers for installations, service visits, and reports.
- Follow up with customers on pending payments and CMC renewals.
- Track shipments and update customers on dispatch status.
- Prepare and share daily MIS and performance reports.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service/support.
- Strong command of English & Hindi (other languages a plus).
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Self-driven, process-oriented, and disciplined professional.
