Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support & Coordination Executive to handle end-to-end customer service operations, remote team coordination, and service monitoring.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to task closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle service and dispatch-related inbound calls.
  • Register complaints and track service requests in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with field engineers for installations, service visits, and reports.
  • Follow up with customers on pending payments and CMC renewals.
  • Track shipments and update customers on dispatch status.
  • Prepare and share daily MIS and performance reports.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service/support.
  • Strong command of English & Hindi (other languages a plus).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
  • Self-driven, process-oriented, and disciplined professional.
