**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, businesses, or leads provided by the company.
- Explain products and services to potential clients over the phone and address any queries.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, services, and offerings.
- Engage with prospects and generate leads for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for senior sales personnel when needed.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM software.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call targets set by the company.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Participate in training sessions to keep up with product updates and telecommunication techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required: e.g., English, Hindi].
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and convince potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or marketing is a plus.

- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
