Telecallers are representatives who contact existing clients and prospects to generate sales. They are responsible for selling a product or service and answering customer phone queries.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Telecallers make outbound calls to generate leads and sales by presenting products or services, and encouraging customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. They may also make cold calls to existing or old clients for referral
- Telecallers manage incoming calls from customers, resolving issues and concerns.
- Telecallers build rapport with potential clients and foster relationships with existing clients.
- Telecallers make reports and documentation based on conversations with clients. They may also analyze and observe conversations and report their findings to their team lead.
- Telecallers adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while telecalling.
- One will have to submit a Tele-calling report by the End of the day

Graduate with one or two years of experience as a telecaller.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
