**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Academic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information about academic programs, assist with admissions, and follow up on student inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities in the IT sector.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain academic programs and services.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams for seamless student onboarding.
- Provide detailed information about course offerings and institute policies.
- Assist in the enrollment process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Use MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Counsel students and parents on suitable educational programs based on their interests.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and various career paths within it.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
