**Job Summary**:
We are seeking energetic and persuasive **Telecalling - Sales Executive** professionals to join our growing organization. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students or parents, explaining course offerings, and converting leads into enrolments’. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated via digital campaigns, referrals, and marketing teams
- Explain the features and benefits of our educational products (online courses, test prep, career programs, etc.)
- Understand the student’s learning needs and guide them to the appropriate course
- Maintain proper records of calls, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Sales, Marketing, Education, or Communication)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
- Strong convincing ability and confidence to handle rejections
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
