We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Academic Counsellor** to guide students about various courses and help them make informed decisions regarding their education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents regarding career and course options.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student queries.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through professional communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the admissions and support team.
- Meet monthly enrollment and performance targets.
- Assist walk-in students and conduct campus tours (if applicable).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in student counselling/admissions (EdTech or Distance Learning preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and match student needs with course offerings.
- Goal-oriented and persuasive.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
