**Role**: Academic Counsellor (Full-time, On-site)

**Role Description**
We are seeking a dedicated **Academic Counsellor** to join our team in Bhopal. This full-time on-site position will involve student counseling, career guidance, academic advising, and offering educational support. You will play a key role in helping students navigate their academic journey while supporting their career development.

**Who Should Apply**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one academic and career counseling to students
- Guide students in developing their educational plans and career paths
- Support students in overcoming academic challenges
- Maintain strong communication with students, ensuring they feel supported throughout their academic journey
- Work closely with the academic team to ensure student success

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least **6 months of relevant experience** (sales, counseling, customer service, etc.)
- Freshers with a **law background** or experience in non-edtech industries, including sales, are encouraged to apply
- Strong ability to adapt to a new role and engage with students effectively

Pay: Up to ₹330,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
