Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor - Inside Sales located in Noida. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. The role includes understanding students' requirements, guiding them through various educational pathways, and assisting in their enrollment process. The candidate will also communicate effectively with students and parents, build rapport, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience within the Education sector
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or related field
