Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor who can guide students in selecting suitable courses, understanding career paths, and supporting their academic journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping students make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and academic pathways.
• Understand student needs, goals, and aptitude to provide personalised guidance.
• Handle incoming student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Provide course information, admission procedures, fee structures, and relevant policies.
• Support students throughout the admission process until final enrollment.
• Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Academic, Admin) for smooth operations.
• Participate in counselling sessions, webinars, events, and student outreach activities.
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through professional interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Education, Psychology, Management, or related).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle student queries confidently.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
