**Key Responsibilities / Duties**:
We're searching for an enthusiastic and engaging telecaller to help us increase sales by reaching out to current and future customers. You will be the initial point of contact for potential clients as a telecaller, representing the organization in a professional and positive manner. The role requires good communication skills, determination, and the ability to adapt to a variety of scenarios; you must be able to persuade even the most resistant individuals to acquire our services. You should take essential notes during chats so that our team can follow up with you.
- Taking mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting all activities.
- Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organization.
- Inquiring with the customer and learning about their needs.
- Noting down the key points of each conversation.
- Delivering verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
- Gathering and documenting sales data, such as meetings and appointments, as well as visitor and customer information
- Building and sustaining strong client connections by responding to requests and complaints as soon as possible.
- Resolving service-related questions and difficulties with the assistance of whole team.
- Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts, payment follow-ups, deliverables, etc.
- Maintaining current knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales strategies.

**Work Experience / Knowledge**:

- Minimum 0-2+ years of professional working experience.
- Relevant experience in Academic/Institutional sales is preferred.
- Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
- Must have excellent sales skills and in-depth product and broad investment knowledge

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred

**Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to close business
- 2+ years of experience in the field of tele calling.
- The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional education in sales or communication is a plus.
- Knowledge of computer programs such as (MS Office) and data entry.
- Great interpersonal and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to deal with rejection and keep an optimistic attitude in the face of adversity.
- Adaptability to various scenarios and customers
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
