**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided list or leads.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive sales techniques.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales transactions using CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and ensure effective closure of sales deals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and persuade customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or relevant field is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
