**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to students, parents, and potential customers.
- Explain TutorCabin’s services clearly and effectively.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain call logs and reports.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Update CRM with relevant call data and student details.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and counselling team.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and convince potential clients over the phone.
- Confidence and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Suites or CRM tools is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**
- Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or telecalling roles.
- Understanding of the EdTech or education industry.

**Qualifications**

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome. Prior calling experience will be an added advantage.
