Role Overview: As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR strategy, policy development, and implementation to support the organization's objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and professional development.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15-18 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
