**Responsibilities**:
**Client Invoicing**:

- Collaborate with project teams, account managers, and finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of clients.
- Generate and review invoices to ensure compliance with project agreements, pricing, and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each project's billing structure and terms.
- Address client inquiries related to invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and provide detailed explanations when necessary.
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and present regular reports on invoicing status, aging, and collections to the management team.

**Client Relations**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding invoicing, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Foster positive relationships with clients by ensuring their invoicing and billing needs are met accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with account managers and project teams to proactively address client satisfaction and communication

**Assisting Managing Director**:

- Provide support to the MD in personal matters, such as travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks as required
- Maintain the MD's calendar and assist in organizing meetings, both professional and personal
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance, client relations, or project management, preferably in the IT industry with a focus on startups.
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes and client billing structures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple invoicing tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as invoicing software, project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to assist the MD with personal tasks as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
