Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the designated area. This includes developing sales strategies, leading a sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks involve market analysis, identifying potential customers, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales management skills and experience in developing sales strategies
- Strong market analysis and customer relationship management abilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Experience in the tiles and bathware industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
