Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a sales team
  • Analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the banking or NBFC sector is a plus**
