About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Core Functions

  • Office administration and management

  • Research methodology and data collection

  • Business communication and correspondence

  • File management and documentation systems

  • Calendar and schedule management for executives

  • Document preparation and filing

  • Email management and business correspondence

  • Meeting coordination and minute-taking

Research & Content Skills

  • Educational content research focusing on NCERT and SCERT books

  • Executive briefings and comprehensive market research

  • Social media content creation and scheduling across platforms

  • Report writing and professional data presentation

  • Research assistance for CEO

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in BA, B.Sc, B.Com, related field

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Indian education system (NCERT/SCERT curriculum)

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Docs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools)

  • Familiarity with social media management tools

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
