We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support HR functions through various administrative and operational tasks.Key Responsibilities:Employee Assistance:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.HRIS Management:

Help manage and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of employee information, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HR practices and data management.Onboarding:

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.Benefits Administration:

Help manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Reporting:

Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.Support:
