We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Documentation Specialist to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support HR documentation and record-keeping functions.Key Responsibilities:Documentation Management:

Assist in managing and maintaining HR documents and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Policy Documentation:

Help develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.Compliance:

Ensure all HR documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations.Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and training records.Data Entry:

Input and update employee information in the HRIS system.Reporting:

Generate reports on HR documentation and provide insights for management review.Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents for meetings and presentations.Audit Preparation:

Assist in preparing for internal and external HR audits.Communication:
