Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process: Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage onboarding documentation, including employment contracts and policy manuals.
  • Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns during the onboarding process.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain employee information in the HRIS system.
  • Training Coordination: Assist in organizing initial training programs for new employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new hires to improve the onboarding experience.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the HR onboarding team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR onboarding field.
