Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and keen to contribute to the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process: Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage onboarding paperwork, such as offer letters, contracts, and new hire forms.
  • Orientation: Aid in planning and conducting orientation sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Support: Offer assistance to new hires during the onboarding process, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and update employee details in the HRIS.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new hires to pinpoint areas for enhancing the onboarding process.
  • Compliance: Ensure all onboarding processes adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to ensure new hires have the requisite resources and information.
  • Training Assistance: Support in arranging initial training sessions for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and precision.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Keenness to learn and advance in the HR domain.
