Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Training Coordinator to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support training and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing training programs for employees.
  • Training Materials: Help develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communication.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from training participants and use it to improve future programs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  • Research: Conduct research on training best practices and trends to support program development.
  • Evaluation: Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the training and development team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the training and development field.
