We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Planning Coordinator to join our HR team.

This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support HR planning and strategy functions.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and plans

Data Analysis:
Analyze HR data to support strategic planning and decision-making

Reporting:
Prepare and present reports on HR planning metrics and outcomes

Policy Development:
Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures

Project Coordination:
Help coordinate HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of HR plans

Compliance:
Ensure all HR planning activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR planning team

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR planning field.
