Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team.

This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support the onboarding process.


Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Process:
Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

Documentation:
Prepare and manage onboarding documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire forms

Orientation:
Help plan and conduct new hire orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and culture

Support:
Provide support to new hires throughout the onboarding process, answering questions and addressing concerns

Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and update employee information in the HRIS

Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process

Compliance:
Ensure all onboarding activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Coordination:
Work closely with various departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources and information

Training Assistance:
Assist in organizing initial training sessions for new hires

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
