Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Documentation Specialist to join our HR team.

This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support HR documentation and record-keeping functions.


Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management:
Assist in managing and maintaining HR documents and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Policy Documentation:
Help develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures

Compliance:
Ensure all HR documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and training records

Data Entry:
Input and update employee information in the HRIS system

Reporting:
Generate reports on HR documentation and provide insights for management review

Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents for meetings and presentations

Audit Preparation:
Assist in preparing for internal and external HR audits

Communication:
Communicate with employees regarding HR documentation and policies

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR documentation field.
