Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates eager to start their careers in human resources, with a focus on maintaining positive employee relations and promoting a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee relations issues, including grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution processes between employees and management.
  • Policy Communication: Help communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations issues and actions taken.
  • Compliance: Ensure all employee relations activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on employee relations metrics and provide insights for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
